Teams have been called in to put out the flames at IEC Solution in Tyrley Road, Woodseaves near Market Drayton at 8 p.m. Monday.
They arrived to find a barn containing burning biomass boilers.
The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said the biomass inside the building was on fire.
The brigade posted on Twitter: “Fire officer in a building at #Woodseaves near #MarketDrayton. Large fire involving biomass boilers and products in the building Fire # MakePumps4 # MakePumps6.”
Crews based at Market Drayton, Hodnet, Shrewsbury and Bridgnorth along with an operations officer have been dispatched to the scene where they are using an aerial platform and water carrier to control the flames.
IEC Solution is operated by International Energy Crops Ltd and provides renewable heating, animal bedding and energy crop solutions for the agricultural and manufacturing industries.
The force also said it received support from the Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service and the Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service.
The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service tweeted to say: “A great job from our crews last night to bring this barn fire quickly under control.
“An investigation into the fire will be conducted to determine the cause of the fire.”
